Webuild (webuildstaffing.com ) is seeking a Structural Engineer PE / SE to lead up one of the nations first, most advanced high-rise structural engineering and rapid engineering / construction projects in the history of the United States.

The ideal individual we are seeking would have a minimum of 8 years experience working as a Structural Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience in advanced structural design, detailing, materials testing / specification and building systems expertise for high rise structures over 25 stories. Must have the capabilities to provide structural engineering leadership on projects from the development of conceptual engineering plan through closeout of construction; including design, structural design evaluation / structural assessments, seismic methodologies, materials testing, specification, component manufacturing and construction of complete exterior building envelopes and interior components utilizing steel, masonry, concrete and alternative materials.

The Structural Engineer PE will be responsible for Rethinking the traditional structural engineering process for the organization and creating an advanced design, material specification, manufacturing and engineering system for construction of high-rise structures in a cost effective, structurally efficient and visually compelling manner. You will be on the leading end of one of the most challenging, rapid development structural engineering initiatives in the history of the country advancing prototype structures into real-world buildings throughout the United States in a rapid engineering / construction environment.

Requires a Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or related discipline. Registration as a Professional Engineer (Structural - PE). Proficiency with BIM applications (Autodesk, Revit, Rhino, Tekla, etc.), as well as, knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AISC and ACI codes needed.
